<p>Dico semi relax perchè con due bimbi, uno di 8 mesi, il relax è un lontano ricordo e una speranza futura. Ma non lavorando abbiamo del tempo per dedicarci a loro e a cucinare qualcosa di diverso. Spesso il sabato a pranzo ricicliamo le rimanenze del frigorifero, creando qualcosa di buono da mettere sotto i denti. Scartiamo oggi le nostre amate tagliatelle al ragù, ci vuole pazienza per far la pasta fatta in casa e non ne ho molta.</p>
<h4>Chapter One: cosa si cucinerà oggi come menu del sabato?</h4>
<p>Abbiamo deciso che per pranzo facciamo:</p>
<ul>
<li>per Sam la salsiccia col pomodoro di ieri</li>
<li>per Noah invece trituriamo lo spezzatino di maiale e piselli sempre di ieri e che lo soddisferà ancora per un paio di giorni credo e spero</li>
<li>per noi pasta fresca con crudo e pomodorini</li>
</ul>
<p>Per il <strong>menù del sabato sera</strong> invece si va di pizza con impasto diretto fatto in casa, che stà già riposando e lievitando per il nostro piacere.</p>

Oggi utilizzo i pomodorini dell&#8217; <a href="https://www.russoaziendagricola.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">azienda Russo</a>, che seppur fuori stagione hanno un profumo e un gusto fuori dal comune. E lo sappiamo tutti che trovare pomodori buoni fuori stagione è davvero complicato, almeno qui nel nebbioso nord.</p>
<p>Se invece volete un&#8217; alternativa provate a fare questa favolosa pasta con zucca e guanciale.</p>

<p>Ingredienti:</p>
<ul>
<li>pasta fresca</li>
<li><a href="https://www.russoaziendagricola.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">pomodorini</a></li>
<li>aglio uno spicchio</li>
<li>peperoncino piccante fresco</li>
<li>prosciutto crudo</li>
<li>panna da cucina</li>
<li>pepe</li>
</ul>
<p>Non salate il condimento perchè il prosciutto crudo ha già un sacco di sapidità in cottura.</p>
<p>La pasta fresca cuoce in due minuti quindi scaldate l&#8217; acqua e poi dedicatevi al condimento. Procedete poi così:</p>
<ol>
<li>un filo d&#8217; olio in padella e scaldate</li>
<li>metteteci uno spicchio d&#8217; aglio e poco peperoncino fresco a rosolare piano piano e togliete l&#8217; aglio appena imbrunisce</li>
<li>tagliate i pomodorini a metà in senso longitudinale e butatteli in padella</li>
<li>un paio di cucciai di acqua e lasciate cuocere per 10 minuti</li>
<li>spegnete il fuoco e aggiungete un poco di panna da cucina a vostro gusto.</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Potrebbe anche essere una ricetta per cosa mangiare con meno di 5 euro! Il resto dei piatti son solo da scaldare e non stò a descrivervi il tutto, noioso.</strong></p>

<p>E alla sera via libera per la pizza con impasto home made. Non ci vuole molto a fare un buon impasto pizza in casa. Solo pazienza e un minimo di manualità. Ma ne vale la pena. Non comprare l&#8217; impasto del supermercato! Fai la differenza!</p>
<p>Ti serviranno solo pochi ingredienti e dal costo esiguo:</p>
<ol>
<li>buona farina</li>
<li>lievito di birra</li>
<li>olio evo</li>
<li>acqua.</li>
</ol>
<p>Impasta, lascia riposare e fai le palline. Lasciale riposare e fatti una pizza come si deve. Ormai quello che compriamo al supermercato ha prezzi esosi e gusto davvero pessimo.</p>
