<p>Non so voi ma mio figlio Sam, che ha 7 anni, si diverte un mondo a cucinare. E quando mi vede in azione vuole partecipare a tutti i costi. Non sempre glielo permetto, alcuni piatti hanno bisogno di cura e attenzione. In questa ricetta invece potete coinvolgere anche i più piccoli, additando la zucca come un segno di Halloween. Coi bambini la pazienza finisce prima e la loro impazienza non permette quasi mai di arrivare a quello che si voleva fare. Comunque fidatevi, questi cannelloni alla zucca fanno davvero anche la loro gioia sia a pranzo che a cena. Volevo provare anche i cannelloni di zucca e formaggio di capra ma questa volta abbiamo escluso i formaggi dal ripieno.</p>

<p><strong>Prima fase:</strong></p>
<p>Tagliare la zucca a cubetti e il porro a rondelle e cuocerli in padella con del burro e un mestolo di acqua. Aggiungere un pizzico di sale e pepe e gli amaretti sbriciolati. Quando la zucca è morbida spegnete il fuoco.</p>
<p><strong>Seconda fase:</strong></p>
<p>Prendete tante foglie di verza quanti cannelloni farete. Sbollentate in acqua già bollente e salata per 15 minuti e poi scolatele.</p>

<p>Come vedete in foto, ho utilizzato la sfoglia all&#8217; uovo per lasagne già pronta. Essendo troppo grande come misura, l&#8217; ho divisa in due. Quindi ogni sfoglia fa due cannelloni. Posatevi prima la foglia di verza scolata, poi la parte cucinata con la zucca.</p>
<p>Arrotolate a stile involtino e il gioco è fatto.</p>
</div><div class="fusion-text fusion-text-6"><p>Questi cannelloni ripieni di zucca poi vanno adagiati con calma in pirofila e sopra un bel passaggio abbondante di besciamella e una spolverata di Grana Padano grattato. Qui potete sbizzarrirvi con altre soluzioni, tipo usare il Pecorino per un gusto più deciso. Oppure una crema al Parmigiano fatta al momento.</p>
<p>Infine cuocete in forno a 180° per circa 25 minuti, avendo il forno già in temperatura prima di infilarci la pirofila.</p>

<p>Prima di tutto tanta passione e attenzione ai fuochi, soprattutto per arrostire bene il guanciale. E&#8217; un primo piatto veloce. <p><strong>Preparare la zucca</strong>: in una padella scaldare un pò di olio extra vergine di oliva, un pezzo di aglio e un pezzetto di cipolla. Basteranno 10 minuti circa e se vedete che si attacca alla padella aggiungete poca acqua. Sale e pepe e togliere quando la zucca è morbida. Frullare con panna fresca per ottenere una crema densa ma non troppo.</p>

<p><strong>Preparare il guanciale</strong>: tagliare un pezzo di guanciale stagionato a dadini. Metterlo nella pentola usata per la zucca ben calda però mi racomando. Deve cuocere bene e rosolare non bollire. Quando ben rosolato scolatelo dal suo grasso, che terrete da parte, e lasciarlo nella padella.</p>

<p><strong>Preparare la crema di parmigiano</strong>: in un padellino versare un pò di panna fresca e addensare con formaggio grattuggiato Parmigiano Reggiano o simile. Mescolare attentamente con la frusta per evitare grumi spiacevoli</p>

<p>Semplicissimo. Mettere a bollire la classica acqua salata per la pasta. Io ho usato delle mezze maniche ma perchè casualmente le ho trovate casualmente in offerta nella spesa mattutina.</p>
<p>Nella padella dove avete lasciato il guanciale aggiungere un pò di grasso colato che vi ho fatto tener da parte. Aggiungere un pò di amido di cottura dell&#8217; acqua della pasta, la crema di zucca e un pizzico di pepe. Iniziate a scaldare 4 minuti prima del fine cottura della pasta. Poi gettatevi dentro la pasta scolata e dopo 30 secondi di sbattimento tra sugo e pasta il piatto sarà pronto.</p>
<p>In uscita guarnire con la crema di parmigiano calda. Facile no?</p>

<p>Giusto! Halloween è una festa divertente e spettrale celebrata il 31 ottobre. Le persone spesso si travestono in costume, fanno dolcetto o scherzetto, partecipano a feste e decorano le loro case con decorazioni inquietanti e creative. È il momento delle caramelle, delle case infestate e di tutto ciò che riguarda fantasmi, streghe e mostri. E&#8217; il momento anche del mio pollo arrosto Hot ! Ora vi spiego come lo preparo.</p>
<h4>Il pollo arrosto hot di Halloween: ingredienti fondamentali</h4>
<p>A casa mangiamo spesso il pollo arrosto. Coi tempi che corrono è ancora un piatto relativamente economico e che fa contenti grandi e piccoli. Per il mese di ottobre lo prepariamo però sempre così, un pò tanto Hot! Prima di intraprendere il viaggio della preparazione e della cottura, dei se e dei ma, vi scrivo gli ingredienti così potete correre a prenderli se non li avete in casa:</p>

<p>Io uso fare così come vi descrivo, ma non è detto che sia la procedura migliore. Ripeto, <strong>non sono uno chef ne un cuoco professionista</strong>. Adoro cucinare quello si e mi rilassa parecchio. Pronti per partire? Vediamo se mi riesce di spiegarmi per bene.</p>
<h4>Cuocere il pollo arrosto le fasi operative</h4>
<p>Il pollo crudo non andrebbe mai lavato. Studi dedicati hanno consigliato proprio di non lavarlo. Per maggiori informazioni <a href="https://www.fondazioneveronesi.it/magazine/articoli/alimentazione/non-lavate-il-pollo-prima-di-cucinarlo#:~:text=Una%20campagna%20britannica%20per%20limitare,un%20nemico%20insidioso%2C%20il%20campylobacter." target="_blank" rel="noopener">vedi l&#8217; articolo sul tema</a>. Io preferisco sempre bollirlo per due minuti prima di passarlo in teglia e speziarlo. Si asciuga il sangue e cuoce anche prima nel forno.</p>
<p>Quindi facciamola breve, la parte più complicata l&#8217; abbiamo già espletata ormai:</p>
<ol>
<li>bollire per due minuti</li>
<li>sciacquare e mettere in teglia con gli altri ingredienti</li>
<li>mettere in forno a 220 gradi per 40 minuti e a 180 per altri 30 minuti; a quale temperatura si cuoce il pollo? Non lo so sinceramente! Ma sò che così viene una delizia e ha la pelle croccante.</li>
</ol>
<p>Il piatto è pronto! E se non lo finite il giorno dopo è ancora uno spettacolo riscaldato nel forno a 150 gradi.</p>
